If a ball bursts or loses significant air pressure due to temperature fluctuations, it is NOT covered by warranty, and no exchange or refund can be offered!
The ball should only be inflated to playing pressure during use. Always release some air when not in use. Do not leave it in direct sunlight (e.g., at the beach or behind a window) as the ball may burst. Similarly, using the ball in cold temperatures and then storing it in warmer rooms may cause the internal air to expand, potentially damaging the bladder.
