Returns FAQs
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Yes. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 1 month after receiving the goods. The item must be unused. For full details, please see our cancellation policy.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 1 month to return your items. If you are concerned about timing, just send us an email. The exact conditions can be found in our cancellation policy.
How does the return process work?
A return slip is included in your package. It contains all the information you need for the return and is individually tailored for you. You should also have received an email with the same slip. If no return slip is included, please contact us at service@american-footballshop.de. Note: We cover return costs within Germany. Outside of Germany, you cover the return shipping costs.
Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
Within Germany, return shipping is free. For returns from abroad, you would need to cover the shipping costs.
Can I exchange my goods?
Since an exchange would significantly extend reshipping time, we generally do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order in the shop for your desired item; we will promptly refund your return upon receipt.
What should I do if an item is damaged or doesn't arrive?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us immediately via email at info@american-footballshop.de. Describe the issue as precisely as possible and include photos if available. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to find a solution.
How can I return shoes?
To use your right of withdrawal, shoes may only be tried on indoors in a clean environment. They must not be soiled or damaged to qualify for a refund. Please return the shoes in their original packaging and with all associated labels.
How should I handle transport damages?
If you notice transport damage when receiving the goods, take photos of the damaged packaging and contents immediately. Keep all packaging materials and contact us promptly via email at info@american-footballshop.de. We will address the issue with the shipping provider and work with you on a solution.
How do I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
How can I file a complaint about an item?
To file a complaint, please contact us via email at info@american-footballshop.de. Describe the defect as precisely as possible and include photos if available. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
