Returns FAQs

  1. Can I return a product if I don't like it?
    Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 1 month after receiving the goods.  The item must not have been used. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy.

  2. How long do I have to make a return?
    You have 1 month to return your items. If you are concerned about timing, just send us an email. The exact conditions can be found in our cancellation policy.

  3. How does the return process work?
    A return slip is included in your package. It contains all the information you need for the return. It is individually tailored for you. You should have also received an email with the same slip. If no return slip is included, please contact us at service@american-footballshop.de! Note: We bear the return costs within Germany. Outside of Germany, you bear the return costs.
  4. Do I have to bear the return shipping costs?
    Within Germany, return shipping is free. For returns from abroad, you would need to cover the shipping costs.

  5. Can I exchange my goods?
    Since an exchange would significantly extend the reshipping time, we generally do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order in the shop for your desired item; we will promptly refund your return upon receipt.

  6. What should I do if an item is damaged or doesn't arrive?
    If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us immediately via email at info@american-footballshop.de. Describe the damage as precisely as possible and, if available, include photos. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

  7. How can I return shoes?
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, shoes may only be tried on indoors in a clean environment. They must not be soiled or damaged to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please return the shoes in their original packaging and with all associated labels.

  8. How should I handle transport damages?
    If you notice transport damages upon receiving the goods, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents immediately. Keep all packaging materials and contact us promptly via email at info@american-footballshop.de. We will address the issue with the shipping service provider and work with you to find a solution.

  9. How do I receive my refund?
    After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price and delivery costs within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

  10. How can I file a complaint about an item?
    To file a complaint about an item, please contact us via email at info@american-footballshop.de. Describe the defect as precisely as possible and, if available, include photos. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
