If a ball bursts or loses significant air due to temperature fluctuations, this is NOT covered by warranty, is not a reason for complaint, and NO exchange or refund will be provided!
The ball should only be inflated to game pressure when in use. Always release some air when not in use. Do not leave it in direct sunlight (e.g., at the beach or behind a window), as this may cause the ball to burst. The same result can occur if the ball is used in cold temperatures and then stored in warmer rooms. The air inside will expand, potentially damaging the bladder.
