Note: Handling

Basically the balls are sent inflated. If you need to inflate more air, please do not apply pressure to the valve and moisten the needle a little. Do not use a rod pump under any circumstances, as there is a risk that the valve will slip into the ball (this is not a reason for complaint). Please use a helmet or hand pump with a movable hose on the needle or an electric pump. If you inflate the ball too much and the seams tear, this is not covered by the warranty.

Note:

If a ball bursts or loses a lot of air due to temperature changes, this is NOT covered by the warranty, is not a reason for complaint and NO exchange or refund can be made!
The ball should only be inflated to play pressure when used directly. Otherwise, always deflate a little air. It must not be placed in direct sunlight (for example on the beach or behind a window pane), as the ball can then burst. The same result would occur if the ball was played in cold temperatures and then stored in warmer rooms. The air pumped in would expand until the bladder was damaged.
