Quick Instructions:

Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Remove the pot from the stove and let the water sit for about 30 seconds. Then, submerge the mouthguard in the hot water for 12 seconds using a spoon or the strap. Do not exceed 12 seconds.
Remove the mouthguard from the hot water using a spoon (or strap).
Carefully shake off any excess water.
With caution (remove if too hot), place the mouthguard over the upper teeth and bite down gently. At the same time, press the rubber edges of the mouthguard against the teeth using your fingers through the lips and cheeks.
You can also create suction to ensure the mouthguard conforms perfectly to your teeth.
Do this for about 20 seconds.
Cool the surface of the mouthguard under running cold water for about 10 seconds to set the shape.
Check if the mouthguard fits perfectly.
If the fit is not perfect, repeat steps 1 to 5.
