How to Determine the Correct Helmet Size
Tools Required: Flexible measuring tape or a string with a ruler
Instructions:
Using a flexible measuring tape (or alternatively a string and a ruler), measure the circumference of the head at its widest point — approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above the eyebrows. Make sure the tape stays level and fits snugly around the head without being too tight. The measured value will help you choose the correct helmet size in inches or centimeters.
