How XFAST Works (Quick Overview)

XFAST sits in and around your cleat: you set it up by lacing it into your shoe, then secure it with multiple straps around the ankle and heel. The result is a stable, adjustable fit that still feels like a football cleat—not a bulky brace.

Sizes: M (shoe size 8–9.5) · L (shoe size 10–11.5) · XL (shoe size 12–14+)

First-Time Setup (In Your Cleat)

Open the cleat: loosen laces enough to insert your foot comfortably.
Insert foot and position XFAST inside the shoe (feed it in from the heel area).
Lace it in: route the laces and XFAST together through the eyelets toward the toe. If eyelets don’t line up perfectly, use the closest matching eyelet.
Tighten evenly so XFAST sits snug without bunching.
Secure the heel strap.
Strap it down: with the foot stable (toes slightly up, controlled stance), tighten the cuff straps and tension/pull straps to lock in support.

Tip: Tight is good—cutting off circulation isn’t. If you feel numbness or tingling, loosen and re-adjust.

Removing & Re-Applying

Removing: undo straps (stick velcro to itself), roll the upper cuff down, open the cleat and remove your foot.
Re-applying: foot in, lace up, roll cuff up, then secure straps again.
