Balls are generally shipped inflated. If you need to inflate it more, do not exert pressure on the valve and slightly moisten the needle. Never use a stick pump as there is a risk of the valve slipping into the ball (this is not a ground for complaint). Please use a helmet or hand pump with a flexible hose at the needle or an electric pump. Also note, if you inflate the ball too much so that the seams burst, this does not fall under the warranty.

If a ball bursts or loses air significantly due to temperature fluctuations, this does NOT fall under the warranty, is not a reason for complaint, and NO exchange or refund can be made!
The ball should only be inflated to game pressure when in use. Otherwise, always let out some air. It should not be left in direct sunlight (for example, on the beach or behind a window) as the ball can burst. The same result would occur if the ball is used in cold temperatures and then stored in warmer rooms. The pumped-in air could expand to the point of damaging the bladder.
