With us, you have a 1-month return period instead of the statutory 14 days!
  • If you wish to make a return from Germany, please use the DHL return label (only applies to items in the "Standard" shipping class) included with your package. If the label cannot be found, please contact our customer service by email.

    Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs for bulky goods, freight shipments, or items returned from abroad.

  • Please do not send the parcel freight collect. These shipments will not reach us, but DHL will return them to you at your expense.
  • Please keep the tracking number until we have processed your return.

We try to process all returns as soon as possible, but it can happen that we need up to 7 days after receiving the return for processing.

Yes, an independent return with other providers is possible. However, we would like to point out that we unfortunately cannot refund the costs. In this case, please use a shipping option with tracking to ensure that your return reaches us.

If you no longer have the completed return form or have received a return email from DHL, that's no problem. Please put a note with your order or invoice number, your name, and a short note on whether it's an exchange or a withdrawal into the package. By the way, the return form is located next to the return label in the package in case you want to check again.

Please check your spam folder, if you did not receive an email and no money was debited, the order process was probably not completed.

If a cancellation is still possible, you will automatically receive an email with the cancellation confirmation. If your package is already so far in the shipping process that we can no longer retrieve it, we will inform you by e-mail.

Please check the tracking number to see if the package was delivered to us. If this is not the case, your return has not been processed yet either.

If the package was delivered to us, please check if a refund has already taken place. If you have not yet received a refund or email from us, and at least 7 days have passed, please contact us at

When shipping via DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email. You can track the progress of the shipment. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours until the tracking of the shipment works. If you do not have a scan within 2 days or the status of the shipment remains unchanged, the package may have been lost. Please contact us about this via mail You will be informed about the further progress.

Please check via tracking if your order is still on its way or has been dropped off at a neighbor's house. If the shipping status has not changed for a while, we ask you to be patient depending on the shipping method as follows:

There are several reasons why you may not see a payment type:

It may be due to an address error.

Please understand that our customer service has no way to unlock a payment option for you once it is not offered to you.

Our service staff can't see why you can't order with your preferred payment method.

With every order we check again, which payment methods can be offered to you by the providers. So it's possible that your payment method will be available again for your next order.

If you choose prepayment/bank transfer, you have 14 days after completing your order to transfer the invoice amount.

If we do not receive your payment within the above time frame, the reservation will expire and the order will be automatically cancelled. If you are still interested in the items after the cancellation, they will need to be ordered again.

Please order the desired items with the payment method prepayment or bank transfer and inform us via mail your order number and the gift voucher codes. If there is still an outstanding balance, we will contact you and discuss the further payment method with you.

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible.

We cannot adjust your order after the fact. After your return period expires (30 days), you can email with your order number and VIP CODE. Then we can deposit the discount amount as a credit in your customer account. You can use it on your next purchase.

Once your return reaches our house, it may take 4-7 days to process. Once the review is complete, you will be refunded to your payment method used.
