We recommend using the Junior mouthguards up to the age of 10 and then the Senior (age 11+) mouthguards usually fit.

The adjustable shape allows for an optimal fit so that the focus can be on the sport and not on the fit of the mouthguard.
Squat performance rubber frame with integrated jaw bite pads provides maximum protection for teeth, jaw and brain. Three layer design with integrated breathing channels for protection, support and comfort.

Brief instructions:
1.Fill a saucepan with water and bring the water to a boil.Then remove the saucepan from the cooker top and let the water stand for about 30 seconds.Then hold the mouthguard (on a spoon or strap) in the water for 12 seconds.Do not exceed the 12 seconds.
2.Then remove the mouthguard from the hot water with the spoon (or band).
3.Carefully shake off any remaining water.
4. put the mouthguard with common sense (take it out if it is too hot) carefully on the upper teeth and bite lightly on the mouthguard, at the same time press and press the rubber edges of the mouthguard with the fingers through the lips and cheeks on the teeth.
You can also suck hard on the mouthguard.
So that it fits your teeth exactly.
Do this for about 20 seconds.
Cool the surface of the mouthguard for about 10 seconds, e.g. under cold running water, so that it reaches a comfortable temperature.
5.now check if the mouthguard fits perfectly.
6.if the mouthguard still does not fit perfectly, repeat steps 1. to 5.
