The Douglas Destroyer-2 M50 shoulder pad is designed as a flat-pad with belt and buckles and the very good air management protection system has been designed for the positions of offensive linemen, defensive linemen, linebackers, defensive ends and tight ends. The air management system, consisting of open-cell foam, a top-redundant and streamlined plastic shell and 1-inch straps and buckles. The FLAT PAD design noticeably distributes the collision energy. The lightweight, streamlined design makes it the top pad for players who want solid protection yet a large range of motion. With larger epaulettes and a solid front, this pad gives the player more stability to hit and get.
